Mobile Notary Service pricing/cost

Minimum mobile fee is $40 for the central Bradenton area. Higher rate based on factors like distance, & travel time.

Fee set by Florida, $10 per stamp

Marriage ceremonies can take place at any location and marriage license must be obtained by couple to be used on or after effective date. Fees vary based on location & length of ceremony.

Many documents require witnesses, in certain situations the notary cannot act as a witness. If there is a need for us to provide a witness or two, we kindly request at least 1 day advanced for scheduling reasons but same day requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

Loan signings for sales, purchases, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOC, deeds, etc. Printing and scanning of documents will result in higher fees.
